Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 5:00 PM (GMT-05:00) Eastern Standard Time (Toronto) will be processed on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next business day.

We currently ship within Canada and USA.

Shipping Cost

  • We charge a flat fee of CAD 15 on all orders.

Wrong Address
Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout. Glaciers Apparel cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.

Change of Address
If you need to change your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately. Address changes can only be made before your order has been shipped. Once the order is dispatched, we are unable to update the shipping information.
