- Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.

Exchanges
- Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.

Order Cancellations
- There is no cancellation fee for orders.
- Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
- If the order is canceled prior to its arrival or during the shipment process, there will be an automatic 25% deduction from the paid amount, and shipping charges will also be subtracted from the refund.
