  • Items must be in their original condition, unused, and accompanied by all tags and packaging.
  • Customized or personalized items are non-returnable.
  • Returns initiated after the 30-day window cannot be processed.

Exchanges

 
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a refund will be processed.

Refund processing time:

Order Cancellations

 
  • There is no cancellation fee for orders.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted within 24 hours of placing the order for a full refund.
  • If the order is canceled prior to its arrival or during the shipment process, there will be an automatic 25% deduction from the paid amount, and shipping charges will also be subtracted from the refund.
