Return And Refund Policy
At Glaciers Apparel, we want you to feel confident shopping with us. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy to make the process simple and fair.
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us by email with your order details. Once your return request is reviewed and accepted, we will provide you with a downloadable return label. Please follow the instructions given after receiving the label to complete the process.
Return Conditions
Items must be returned in new and unused condition, without defects, and in the original packaging. We cannot accept returns on custom orders, personalized products, or special-order items. Returns that do not meet these conditions may be refused.
Return Shipping Costs
If you are returning an item because you changed your mind, the return shipping cost is your responsibility. If the product is defective or damaged, we will cover the cost of return shipping.
Defective Items
If you receive a defective product upon delivery, please contact us as soon as possible. Once the defective item is returned, we will provide a replacement of the same product in new condition without defects.
Refunds
After your return has been received and approved, we will process your refund within 10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Exchanges
We accept exchanges as well. To exchange an item, please return the original product first. Once the return is approved, you may order your preferred color or size of the same product at the same price. Please note that return shipping costs and any customs duties are the customer’s responsibility for all exchanges.
