Return & Refund Policy

At Glaciers Apparel, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, we offer a clear and fair 30-day return policy.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 30 days from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused and unworn

  • The item must be in original condition

  • The item must be returned in original packaging

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) must be provided

Returns that do not meet these conditions may be declined.


2. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Custom-made or personalized items

  • Special-order products

  • Final sale or clearance items (if marked as non-returnable)


3. How to Start a Return

To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at info@glaciersapparel.com

  2. Include your order number and reason for return

  3. If applicable, attach photos (for damaged or incorrect items)

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions and, when applicable, a return shipping label.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.


4. Return Shipping Costs

  • If you change your mind, you are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the item is defective, damaged, or sent incorrectly due to our error, we will cover return shipping costs.

Original shipping fees (CAD 15) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product:

  • Contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Provide clear photos of the product and packaging

Once verified, we will offer:

  • A replacement (if available), or

  • A full refund, including shipping costs (if applicable)


6. Exchanges

We do not offer direct product exchanges.

If you would like a different size or color:

  1. Return the original item following the return process.

  2. Once approved, place a new order for the desired item.

This ensures faster processing and accurate inventory management.

Return shipping costs for exchange-related returns are the customer’s responsibility unless the item was defective or incorrect.


7. Refund Process

After we receive and inspect your return:

  • Refunds are processed within 10 business days

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method

  • You will receive a confirmation email once processed

Please note:

  • Banks and credit card providers may require additional processing time.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by financial institutions.


8. Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of placement, provided they have not been processed or shipped.

Once shipped, orders cannot be canceled but may qualify for return under this policy.


9. Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund:

  1. Check your bank account again

  2. Contact your credit card provider

  3. Contact your bank

If you still have not received your refund after these steps, please contact us.


10. Important Notes

  • We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not comply with this policy.

  • Excessive or fraudulent return activity may result in refusal of future transactions.

  • This policy applies only to purchases made directly through our official website.
