Orders and Payments

Please note that all payments are processed in Canadian Dollars (CAD) at checkout.

Taxes are separately shown on the Cart and Checkout pages, and an order confirmation will be sent to your email once the payment has been successfully processed.

Shipping and Delivery

All orders are processed within 3–4 business days and delivered within 3–4 business days across Canada and USA. Total delivery time is 6-10 business days across Canada and USA. We charge a flat fee of CAD 15 on all orders. No minimum purchase is required. Returns and Refunds

We offer a 30-day return policy under specific conditions. Returned items must be new, unused, and in original packaging. Custom, personalized, or special-order items cannot be returned. Glaciers Apparel is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use of our products or services.
